In response to a craigslist car ad, I received a text message asking me about the vehicle. The "buyer" was very prompt with responses until I was asked to get a VIN report from simpleautocheck.com/?2303. Familiar with the VIN scam I investigated the validity of the website to find that it was a little over 1 month old. The "buyer" stopped responding when said I would provide the VIN for them to run a report. Note:  This website was just created less than 6 weeks ago!
