I had placed an order on December 4th for the clown fish balloon from the Hobbies Discount website, but by mistake ended up paying for 2 balloons. When i sent an email requesting for a refund, I got an email from a customer care executive, Chris Oliver, saying I would get a refund. Not only have I not got my refund, I have also not received the other balloon I ordered. It’s been a month since I placed the order, and I was to receive it on December 28th! I have sent repeated emails to the staff at [email protected] , but not once have I received a response. They do not have a phone number which I can call. I also messaged them on their facebook page, but have not received a response.
