South African Post Office [SAPO] Complaint


A registered item addressed to me was handed in at the Simon’s Town Post Office on 18 May 2018. To date the item has not reached my local post Office in Faerie Glen, Pretoria According to the tracking it has remained in the Cape Town Postal Hub since 21 May 2018. Enquiries and complaints at my local post Office in Faerie Glen had no results. They simply say it has not reached them An e-mail to SAPO client services has not been responded to and at the contact number on the internet [protected] there is no reply. How can I establish what happened to my package? Tracking number RC316475435ZA
